INGREDIENTS FOR THIS QUICK AND EASY FALL RECIPE

Onion (chopped)

Pumpkin Puree: Make sure its not filling!

Ground Italian Sausage

Ground Beef

Garlic

Spices: Chili Powder, Cumin, Cinnamon

Diced Tomatoes

Black Beans

Pinto Beans

Chicken Broth

HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN CHILI

In a skillet, brown the ground beef and and Italian sausage until fully cooked. Set aside.


In a dutch oven or large pot, add a tablespoon of oil or butter, and saute the chopped onion and minced garlic for a couple minutes.


Add the spices, tomatoes, beans, pumpkin puree, chicken broth, and meat to the large pot, stir, and simmer until you are ready to serve.

TIPS:

Garnish with pumpkin seeds, sour cream , cheese, avocado, or chopped red onion! We also love to eat this chili with Fritos!
