Favorite Banana Bread Recipe (Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

This banana bread recipe has quickly become a favorite. Not only is it super simple and delicious, but the clean ingredients really make it a winner. It's a great recipe to have on hand to give to a new neighbor, sick friend, or just to make on a rainy day as a snack. Either way, it will make your kitchen smell amazing.

INGREDIENTS

Dry Ingredients:

Oat Flour: If you have oats, you can grind them into flour using a food processor.

Baking Powder

Baking Soda

Cinnamon

Salt

Coconut Sugar


Wet Ingredients:

Bananas: Overripe is best. There is no such thing as a too-ripe banana when making banana bread!

Maple Syrup

Eggs

Coconut Oil (melted): Butter is an option too, but coconut oil is an easy way to keep this recipe dairy free and still taste delicious.

Vanilla Extract

HOW TO MAKE BANANA BREAD (GLUTEN FREE + DAIRY FREE)

First, mix the dry ingredients (oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt) in a bowl.


In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients (bananas, eggs, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla).

Add the dry ingredients to the bowl with the wet ingredients, and mix together with a mixing spoon. Grease your loaf pan, and pour the batter into the pan. 

Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes, at 375 degrees. Let the loaf completely cool before slicing and gobbling it up!
